Our Story

• March 2003

  In one of their college classes, Ken recruits Jimmy to sell door-to-door pest control with him in Denver, CO.

  
• May 2004

  Jimmy and Ken sell door-to-door pest control during the summer in Phoenix, AZ when Ken mentions to Jimmy how much of a pain it was to rent a storage unit for his family's belongings while he is away for the summer and the idea was born to build an easier way for storage owners to rent units online.

• May 2007

  Ken and Jimmy graduate from Dixie State College in St. George Utah

  
• August 2008

  Ken and Jimmy get serious and raise money to have Moki Systems LLC create a website development specification for the Easy Storage Solutions software. Shortly after the spec was built, the project was underway!

  
• 15 June 2009

  Ken and Jimmy make their first sale to Armat Storage in St. George, UT looking for a better way to keep track of their units. (Currently still using the ESS software)

  
• 12 August 2011

  Easy Storage Solutions breaks into the Canadian market and hits 100 active customers.

  
• 2012

  Easy Storage Solutions doubles in size reaching 231 active clients

• 2013

  Easy Storage doubles in size again and reaches 455 active clients while hiring its first full-time employee, Nate Hendrickson (Ken's brother)

  
• 2014

  Ken and Jimmy purchase their first storage facility, www.i15-storage.com and bring on another 336 clients into the fold on their software

  
• 23 June 2015

  Easy Storage reaches 1,000 active clients

  
• 05 Sept 2015

  Easy Storage creates 2 new companies named RIZE Marketing and Call Advantage to provide marketing and call answering services to its clients

• 2016

  Easy Storage's team of 17 employees help the company bring on 667 new clients.

  
• 2017

  On Jan 19th Easy Storage reaches 2,000 active clients in more than 9 countries across the world and has a staff of more than 35 employees.

• 2017

  Easy Storage creates a new company called Truview to provide accounting to its clients.

• 01 Dec 2017

  Easy Storage's team grows to 40 employees.

  
• 2018

  >In June 2018 Easy Storage reaches 3,000 active clients in more than 9 countries across the world.
